A Nightmare Stay
The hotel looked nice and clean. That's it.
I'm usually very patient with these things and think most hotels are underrated. But not this one. This hotel deserves nothing more than a 0. Heres why: 1- We arrived at the hotel pretty late at around 10:30pm. There was no one at the reception when we came to check-in so I waited a couple of minutes before calling the number on booking.com. The person on the other end immediately started yelling at me saying he was a hotel director and how was he supposed to check me in over the phone (Maybe he shouldn't have his number on the site or better yet why work in the hospitality business if he hates customers). Anyway I told him I didn't know he was a director I just called the number on booking.com and explained the situation and he told me someone will come to the reception in 5 minutes. 2 - The staff showed up after about 15 minutes, and barely acknowledged us let alone show any gesture of hospitality. It took them a good while to verify our booking (their system was down or something) 3 - There was a group of people that checked to to the adjecent rooms later and was creating a ruckus all night, quarreling and banging doors. 4 - Some of them tried to open the door to our room multiple times over the night. To my horror, one of them successfully forced the door open while my wife and child were sleeping. I confronted one of them and they said they were mistaken. How was it possible for them to open our room with another room's key card? 5 - we barely got any sleep but decided to check out as soon as possible in the morning. We left the key card with the receptionist, who didn't bother acknowledge us either. Yet they had the audacity to call me hours later demanding that we get out of the room in the rudest way possible. I told the guy we have already checked out but he kept repeatedly shouting OUT at me and hung up without even listening to me. This was the absolute worst experience I have had all my life.
